Coach Leslie C. Baker was inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Saturday February 16, 2008.  Coach Baker "coached at  Washington High School for 37 years. During that time he compiled a football record of 222-30-9, going undefeated seventeen times. His basketball teams were 289-45 in a career that also included coaching many of Washington’s other athletic teams. Among the many talented athletes coached by Baker was 2006 GSHF inductee Don Clendenon."



The March Class meeting was held 2:00pm Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Michon's in Hapeville.



Class meetings are regularly scheduled for 2:00pm on the first Saturday of each month. Class meetings are held at Michon's in Hapeville, unless announced otherwise.



The 5th Annual BTW Athletic Booter Club Alumni Fellowship Breakfast will be held 9:00 am - 12 noon, Saturday April 26, 2008 at the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Ballroom - Building C. The Class of 1968 will be honorees at the Class of 2008's Visions of the Future (fomerly baccalaureate) Program on May 21, 2008 and Commencement Exercises May 24, 2008. Stay tuned for further details.
